What We Offer
Let us card your yard using our creativity and quality yard signs. You can choose a package that best suits your budget and yard size.
MINI
This package includes one word with a number and a theme, stars, hearts and balloons.
SIZE UP
Size up is our medium package which includes up to three words, a number, theme and balloons, stars or hearts.
GO BIG!
If you want the works, GO BIG is for you! It includes up to six words, two themes, two number sets, plus stars, hearts and balloons. Perfect for twins or longer felicitations!
We do offer limited custom signs

Once every other month Yard DeSIGNZ will be seeking a yard to show we care. We will post signs in chosen yard. This person / business may be a cancer survivor or patient, a hero (teacher, first responder, etc.) or some other chosen party that needs to be uplifted. Please send me an email and explain why this nominee needs us. Donations are accepted.

All You Wanted to Know And More
Duration of Rental?
Your booking includes 24 hours of beautiful Yard DeSIGNZ. Just sit back and relax, cards will be put up and taken down by our team. Simply BOOK, PAY and ENJOY!!!
When is payment due?
Payment is required in full to reserve your booking.  Upon receipt of payment you will receive a confirmation email detailing the date and time of your request.  Please review the details and if there are any discrepancies please contact us immediately.
What areas do we service?
Currently we are serving all of Cypress and nearby areas, please contact us via email to see if we service your area.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We are currently accepting Credit Cards, Paypal and Cash App.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations less than 48hrs. of scheduled date will only receive a 50% refund.  Cancellations at least 48 hrs. in advance will receive a full refund. Denied access due to gate code will not result in a refund. In the event of inclement weather, we will notify you if we are unable to card your yard and you will receive a FULL refund.
Can I place a special order?
We love special orders and will do everything we can to accommodate you or find an item for you that we may not have in stock.  At least 15 days are required for special orders and an additional $25.00 fee would apply to your package of choice.
Last Minute Orders
Any orders placed in under 48 hours, would be considered a rush order and will require an additional $20.00 charge, if we are able to get you booked. If you cancel after payment you will only receive 50% refund.
Am I Responsible for Damage
Please do not allow children to damage signs, by kicking, punching or any other destructive activity. Please arrange for your lawn crew to come outside of the scheduled rental. Please do not allow your dogs to urinate on the signs. Please do not discard any of our property. Violation of any of these issues will be billed in the amount of $25.OO per individual card (letter or picture.)
